POLAND 2008 -
New HOUSE, New APARTMENT
29-30 November 2008
Polish Social and Cultural Centre
London, United Kingdom
Dear Sirs and Madams,
We would like to invite you with great pleasure to present Your offer in the new project of Murator EXPO – a cycle of international exhibitions: „POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT”, which serve to present the current offer of the Polish housing market.
Murator EXPO has been actively working in cooperation with the actors on the Polish real property market. Under the patronage of the highest state administration institutions and of the President of Warsaw, earlier three times a year and now four times a year, we organise the biggest housing investments fair in the capital city – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT. It is an event with established position among the offering companies and among customers interested in buying a new house or apartment. It is visited by nearly 40 thousand of people each year.
Four years ago it was a natural step in the development of Murator EXPO to introduce complementary services and products closely connected with the subject of the housing market and financing of the investment. They include, among others, the Opinion Poll of Residents of New Houses and Apartments, the results which are ceremonially presented during the annual Developer’s Gala, as well as a modern internet platform, opened in autumn 2006, which integrates four Websites: me-mieszkania.pl, me-kredyty.pl, me-komercyjne.pl and me-grunty.pl. This project is addressed to persons who are looking for apartments, houses, suites, lofts and business premises, and who are at the same time interested in ways of financing their purchase.
The first exhibition took place in November 2007 in Dublin. In the first half of 2008 there were two exhibitions „POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT” – in London and Dublin. They were visited by few thousand visitors and perfectly fulfilled the needs of its addressees. Also its factual and organizational value has been assessed as very high.
The Murator EXPO International Housing Investment Exhibitions are meant to present the offers of developers operating on the Polish market to Poles who temporarily reside abroad and to all persons interested in investing on the Polish property market.
Each exhibition is supported by a wide promotion campaign in the press of the Polish community abroad, websites, broadcasting stations, and the most widely read real estate magazines.
We are convinced that the presentation of Your current product range to a large and interesting public – Poles living abroad and residents of the European Union – interested in investing in the housing market will be a perfect tool for gaining new customers and advantage on the market.
It is our pleasure that we can once more invite you to take part in the cycle of international exhibitions „POLAND 2008 – New HOUSE, New APARTMENT”.
With kind regards,
The organisation team of The International Exhibitions
